A warm welcome to Sirius Pet Boarding! To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for both your pet and our team, we kindly ask you to read and follow the rules and guidelines below. Thank you for helping us maintain clear routines and create a safe environment for everyone.

Vaccinations and Health

All dogs must be vaccinated in accordance with the Finnish Food Authority’s guidelines. We also recommend vaccinating your dog against kennel cough. Please bring your pet’s vaccination certifcate when dropping them off. If your dog is staying with us for an extended period, we kindly ask that it is bathed and has its nails trimmed prior to arrival — this helps maintain good hygiene during their stay. We accept dogs, cats, and other small pets, but they must be in good general health and free from contagious diseases.

Feeding and Allergies

If your pet has a special diet or allergies, please bring the appropriate food along with clear feeding instructions. We do not provide special diets unless supplied by the owner, so be sure to pack enough food for the entire stay.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up

When bringing your pet, please inform us of any special needs, habits, or routines we should be aware of (e.g., if your pet is nervous or has specic sleeping habits). To ensure smooth check-in and check-out, please arrive on time and have any necessary documents ready (such as the vaccination certifcate). Boarding dogs can be dropped off from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be picked up before 1:00 PM on the day of departure. Daycare dogs can be dropped off from 7:00 AM and must be picked up before 5:00 PM.

Behavior and Safety

Your pet must be friendly and social with other animals. If your pet doesn’t get along well with others, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate accordingly. We do not accept aggressive animals or those that pose a risk to others or our staff. We also cannot accept sick dogs or dogs that require intensive medical treatment. If your dog becomes ill during their stay, we will care for them and contact you to agree on the next steps. In emergencies, a veterinarian will be contacted immediately.

Payment and Booking

Payment is due upon arrival. We accept the following payment methods: card, MobilePay, and cash. Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the reserved stay to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may incur a fee.

Other Important Things to Remember

Feel free to bring your dog’s own bed, favorite toy, blanket, or another familiar item – something that brings comfort and a sense of home. We have a limited number of spare beds and blankets available for loan.
